Dr. Tyson Carlson, MD, is a dedicated and compassionate physician specializing in Family Medicine. Born and raised in Valparaiso, NE, he completed his Bachelor of Science in Biological Sciences at the University of Nebraska-Lincoln and earned his Medical Degree from the University of Nebraska Medical Center in Omaha.
We would like to welcome Jenna Fahey, PA-C to Fallbrook Family Health Center. Jenna is now accepting patients. Jenna is originally from Manitoba, Canada, but grew up primarily in Omaha. She received her Bachelor of Science in Psychology from University of Nebraska-Lincoln
